By subscribing to the TV Tuisyen Subscription ("Subscription"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with these Terms, please do not use or access the Subscription.

Recurring Monthly Payments: If you choose the monthly Subscription, you authorise TV Tuisyen to charge your credit card, through our payment processor, on a recurring monthly basis for the amount specified at the time of purchase. Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each monthly period unless you cancel it. One-Time Payment: If you opt for a one-time payment, you will pay through our Online Payment Gateway for the specified Subscription duration. The One-Time Payment does not auto-renew. Payment Failures: If a payment fails, TV Tuisyen will attempt to process the payment again. After multiple failed attempts, your Subscription may be suspended or terminated.

All payments made to TV Tuisyen for the Subscription are considered to be final and non-refundable. This policy remains in effect regardless of whether you choose to end your Subscription early, if we choose to terminate your Subscription due to a violation of the Terms, or for any other reason. However, refunds will be issued for any overpayments or duplicate payments resulting from technical glitches during the payment process. If a refund is necessary, the subscription package you purchased may be cancelled, and this cancellation will take effect within 24 to 48 hours through the original method of payment. In the event that fraudulent transactions are connected to your account, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend your Account at our discretion. On a case to case basis, any alteration to the subscription details incorrectly selected must be reported within the same business day of subscribing. You can cancel your Subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your Subscription will remain active until your current billing period ends. To prevent future charges for monthly subscribers, you must cancel before the renewal date.

TV Tuisyen reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or application. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

This Agreement, together with all our policies referred to herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us relating to your use of the Site and supersedes and any all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements on that subject between us. This Agreement and the relationship between you and us are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its principles of conflict of laws. The Parties agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. Any heading, caption or section title contained in this Agreement is inserted only as a matter of convenience and in no way defines or explains any section or provision hereof.
